On pg. 207, do Activity 1a (only first 2). On pg. 208 do Activity 2c,2d, 2e & Activity 3b, 3d, 3e. On pg. 210, do #1-12 all for a total of 20 questions. This should take about 15 minutes to complete either BIM or practice journal pages.

Friday , April 17 - 10.3

1. Watch 10.3 Video(about 6 minutes) on Quotient of Powers Property using your 10.3 PowerPoint Notes given in a packet so you can write down the examples while watching.

2.) Assignment: Choose either...

a.) 10.3 Quotient of Powers Property in Blue Record & Practice Journal workbook page 211 & pg. 214.

On pg. 211, do Activity 1a by completing the table. For example 1a (in notes), 3^9/3^5 =

3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 = 3^4 (because the first five 3’s cancel out since 3/3 = 1

Or 3^(9-5) = 3^4)

On pg. 214, do all #1-9 for a total of 17 problems.
