EHS Climate Survey

Each year all certified staff are given the opportunity to share their opinions and feelings about the climate and environment they work in. Unfortunately, not all staff take the time to share their feelings for a variety of reasons. At EHS, 39 of 47 certified staff completed the survey, so the results will not represent the entire staff.

The data is used to celebrate successes as well as identify areas to focus on in the future. I want to share some highlights from the EHS Climate survey:
