After our visit with our experts with COMC (Sarah, Taylor, and Danielle) at orientation, Arlene reminded me of a self-care list we used when she served her first year. Thanks to Arlene and the gals with COMC, we're offering up to two hours of training time for self-care related activities. You can try out up to 4 of the activities on the list at this link for up to 0.5 hours of actual time served for a total of 2 hours. To claim the time for each activity you must, read the article at this link, complete a task on the self-care list, and complete a Connections to Service form (CS Form) over the article and the task completed (the article need only be read once for the four activities, but can be referenced in the 4 total CS Forms).
