The Application

You might have applied via Facebook, Indeed, email, etc. Your original application basically serves as an "intent to apply." Now it's time to complete the official AmeriCorps Application. The application is extensive and folks frequently have questions when applying. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need assistance with any portion of the application.

***PRO TIP! When you get to the point where you need to enter a zip extension for yourself and/or your references, enter "0000" and then submit. The system will refresh the page with a window explaining that your extension was incorrect AND it will provide you with the correct extension. ***

Once your application is submitted, please reach out to Megan via email for confirmation that your my.americorps.gov application has been received. We will then  reach out to you via phone to discuss the program answer, any questions you might have, and conduct a brief phone interview. Following the phone interview, we will reach out to you to set up an in-person interview.
