The Formation Co-Op Team is finalizing resources for leaders and congregations to move through the Co-Op Process on their own or as a hub of congregations. There will be videos for training Guides, along with the curriculum and resources we have developed.

Congregation Readiness Assessment Tool
One of the first steps congregations take on the Formation Co-Op journey is to use the Congregation Readiness Assessment tool to discern if the Formation Co-Op is the right next step as they accompany youth on their faith journey. While you wait for the resources to be shared, we invite you to take the Readiness Assessment to begin discerning if the Co-Op is something you would be interested in and ready for when the resources are available.
