Our hiring process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your availability and the role. Below is a guide for every step of the way! 🎶✨

Application

Audition

The audition is your chance to shine!

If you’ve made it to this stage, we’ll send you an audition package with a song list and clear instructions - perform with energy, attitude, and the professionalism we value. It lets us assess your musical ability and alignment with our core values: Professionalism, Fun, and Caring.

You’ll have 7 days to submit your audition (extensions available upon request). Give it your best shot—we can’t wait to see your performance!

Screening

After your audition, we will review your videos and application. If your profile aligns with our needs, we’ll contact you for the video interview. You will be updated via email about your application status.

Video Interviews

Congrats on passing the audition and screening rounds! This is your opportunity to shine beyond the stage.

This first interview is a chance for us to learn more about you, your experiences, and what excites you about working with us. You’ll receive an email invite, so stay tuned.
