Who are we?
ReThink Education is an initiative by the Professional Development Institute of Ekya Schools to re-imagine the way we teach and learn. The program aims to bring in the best teaching-learning practices and make these accessible to every educator around the globe.

Professional Development Institute, Ekya Schools
The Professional Development Institute at Ekya Schools fosters a culture of learning in the field of Education, creates opportunities for all to learn and grow, focusing on knowledge, skills and attitudes required for key roles such as Educators, School leaders and Teacher Trainers.
The Professional Development Institute is a team of four members headed by Ms. Avni.
Ms. Avni has been in the Education space for eight years now and has experience being an educator, a curriculum lead and a product manager.
