Pre-service training is a series of in-house training sessions designed for new educators to seamlessly integrate into the Ekya way of education. This training introduces you to the Ekya ethos, curriculum alignment, classroom dynamics and other functions at Ekya and CMR K-12.

Ekya Professional Development Institute is thrilled to offer all educators an incredible opportunity to upskill and be fully prepared for their new role. As part of the Pre-Onboarding Training, we are inviting all educators to participate in the ReThink Education Program - Cohort VI and VII.

This fully virtual program is rooted in progressive education principles that focus on creating meaningful, student-centred learning experiences. It will equip you with the tools, strategies, and confidence to deliver impactful, progressive education in your classroom.

Here are the program highlights: 

• Comprehensive Curriculum: Covers Education Philosophy, Curriculum Design, Assessments, Instruction, Classroom Culture, and Technology.

• Flexible Format: Includes instructor-led sessions, study groups, self-paced learning, and a capstone project. Recording of Instructor Led Sessions are available for those who miss out on a session. 

• Certification: Participants will receive a certificate and transcript upon completion.

To make this program accessible, we’re offering it to you at a discounted fee of Rs.4000/-. The original cost of the program is Rs.10,000/-. Fee is a signifier of your commitment to the program and is refunded after you complete the program and join us.
