About me

My name is Mrs. Afton Griffith.  This is my 22nd year teaching kindergarten at East Knox Elementary. I could not imagine a better place to spend each day!  I grew up at East Knox and graduated in 2000.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Ashland University in 2004 and my Master’s Degree in 2010 from Walden University.  I love this school and seeing my students learn and grow.  I am very excited to be your child’s teacher this year.  Let the learning journey begin!
