Being part of SLC means being part of a supportive community that strives to serve both Eunoians and the wider community. As part of SLC, members can expect to achieve college and community impact, as well as deepen key skills, such as project management, communication, and service leadership.

Member's Involvement
Each SLC member will be part of 1 of 3 committees, working together to achieve both college and community impact through Service Leadership. The three committees are:
Culture: Cultivate a Changemaker culture and community in EJC + Support collaboration between student groups (within & across batches)
Partnership: Foster strong partnership with community organisations and national initiatives + Support partners’ VIA opportunities
Publicity: Publicise VIA opportunities & projects + Spotlight inspiring Changemakers in EJC

J1 Mentoring Project
J1 Mentoring Project
In J1, SLC members can look forward to participating in one of the weekly mentoring projects:
Spin Up! — Service-Learning Project mentoring aimed at guiding juniors on their VIA projects
Marymount Community Club — Academic mentoring
Peirce Secondary — Youth mentoring with academic support
Anderson Primary — Children mentoring with academic support
J2 Service-Learning Project (SLP)
J2 Service-Learning Project (SLP)
In J2, with guidance from teacher mentors, SLC members will be free to explore and carry out meaningful and impactful student-driven SLP.
Members will gain valuable insight into different forms of community engagement that is sustainable and addresses real community needs.
