Art at Home

Hello EIPS students! We know that you are working hard to complete all your learning at home, but we also know that for some of you, art is a big part of your lives—in fact, we know that it's the reason some of you love coming to school. Although our province has not mandated that we continue to teach you art, we don't want to take this away from you, especially at this time, when you could really use it in your lives! So, each week, we would like to provide you with an art lesson PLUS some online resources that you can also go to if you want to continue to do more. The goal of our "Art at Home" program is to create activities that anyone, any age can do without having to go out and buy materials, but by simply using things you might already have at home!

EIPS has done its best to pick and preview websites that support artistic learning using content that is safe and appropriate for students. However, as with all online activities, EIPS encourages supervision when exploring any of the websites listed below. While accessing YouTube videos, it’s recommended to use the View Pure setting to control advertisements and pop-up ads. For more information and questions about your child’s artistic learning contact their school’s art teacher.

New activities are added weekly for you and your children to enjoy together.
