There are not very many restaurants close to Wes-Del HS. Most of your options will be found south in Muncie. However, there are a couple of options:

Mill Street Inn- Located north of the school in Gaston
Barking Cow Ice Cream- Located north of the school in Gaston
Petro Truck Stop- Located at the intersection of 35 and I69
Tonne Winery- Located east of Wes-Del on the way to Muncie.

Football bleachers are very small on the visitor side. Make sure to get there early if you want a seat, or bring a lawn chair to sit along the fence.
Parking behind the school for football is very limited as well, so you may have to walk a long way for varsity football games.
Verizon cell phone service is good in both the gym and the football field.
There is a cafeteria area outside of the gym that has a lot of space to move around/eat/walk crying babies.
