Americana Pizza Company - Popular pizza restaurant located right in town. Link to website Restaurant closes at 10 on Fridays and Saturdays.
5 Arch Brewing Co. - Family friendly and located right in downtown Centerville. Closes at 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays
Stone Hearth Cafe - Small restaurant located inside of the Warm Glow Candle Co. off of Interstate 70. Food choices are limited, but it is worth eating here if you are planning on shopping here.
If you are travelling from the West, there are a couple of popular restaurants in Cambridge City that you can stop at on the way to Centerville.

NOTES
Football Field has large home bleachers, but almost no visitor bleachers. Make sure to get there early if you want to sit on the visitor side. There is a lot of good standing room along the fence though.
Basketball Gym has a capacity of 2160, but the upper deck has bleachers that are roped off (as of 2020-21), so the real capacity is probably closer to 1750.
The facilities are comfortable and the hosts are accommodating. Centerville always does a very nice job of hosting a variety of events.

Warm Glow Candle Company - This store is located about 2 miles north of Centerville HS right off of Interstate 70. It is a massive candle store that also offers all kinds of gifts and other various items. Very popular location for Christmas shopping. Here is a link to their website
