If you choose to do so, you will individually write and perform a charismatic and inspiring speech that outlines what 20th century Egypt should look like.  It must include the following:

1. Catchy introduction

2. References two to three historical periods and how that history helps to build unity and nationalism in the new Egypt

3. Must cite at least two contemporary thinkers (Al-Sayyid, Husayn, and/or Al-Banna) and either concur or denounce their visions in your speech

4. Must implement four PRESETS categories that define what the new Egypt would actually look like

5. Include a strong concluding statement that will excite and captivate the people of Egypt

The speech must be submitted in video format using the provided Flipgrid link in Google Classroom and you must provide a transcript of the speech. 

REWARD: 5-10 extra credit TEST points (depending on content and quality)
