TRSMS has teamed up with MySchoolBucks, an online service where you can easily and securely pay for outstanding items (lost textbook/library books) with a credit or debit card. Payments for end of the year balances (Lost Textbook/Library Books) must be for the EXACT amount. If you do not already have an account, simply scan the QR code or go to the website to sign up. Now until December 18, 2025: Free Food Distribution
EGUSD and Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services will continue to host bi-monthly food distribution events. These events are held at Calvine High School (8333 Vintage Park Dr.) from 3:45 to 5:15 pm. Please note that the food distribution event will take place RAIN or SHINE! The food bank will be offering a greater variety of food options, along with additional supplies for distribution.

Free Transit for Students with RydeFreeRT
Free Transit for Students with RydeFreeRT
SacRT’s RydeFreeRT program offers free transit for all TK–12 students living or attending school within SacRT’s service area, including foster and unhoused youth. With a RydeFreeRT card, students can ride SacRT buses, light rail, and SmaRT Ride microtransit any day of the week, including weekends and school breaks. Cards are valid from June 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and are distributed through schools or available at SacRT’s Customer Service Center and local libraries. Since launching in 2019, the program has helped reduce absenteeism and supported over 5 million youth rides this year alone.
