Biomedical Academy Waitlist for the 2026-2027 School Year

Currently we have more applicants than capacity allows.  If after the second week of the fall quarter you are not contacted, the waitlist is dissolved.  The first class, Human Body Systems Honors is a yearlong class and students cannot enter mid-year.  If you have an interest in a biomedical career, I highly recommend taking Physiology and/or AP Biology.  If you have an interest in the activities of our meetings and committees, you are welcome to attend according to the program of activities: https://sites.google.com/egusd.net/pghsba/participation-meetings :

Biomedical Academy Applicants for the 2026-2027 School Year

The link to 2026-2027 Biomedical Academy application for present 9th grade students only will be available as early as late November as late as December 2025. (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIVlt9DAy_awN7e8i1jJNJdeNwc1xRapi6gWUHo_XD5oLQA/viewform)

The Biomedical Academy is accepting 108 applications from Monday, December 1-Friday, December 19.  If over 108 applications are received by Friday, December 19, students will be randomly selected.  Students will be informed of their acceptance by Friday, January 9.  Those who are not selected will be placed on the first priority waitlist.  If less than 108 applications are received by December 19, enrollment will continue as first come first served through the 1st day of school. The waitlist will still be available through the 2nd week of school of the 2026-2027 school year.
