TRANSCRIPT REQUEST PROCESS

• Complete the transcript request form

• Drop it off in person to the main office (the LCHS main office is open in the summer from 8 AM - 1 PM) OR send it via email to our registrar, Elizabeth Krebs, at lchstrans@egusd.net 

• Transcripts are processed in 1-2 business days

• Official transcripts must be picked up in person
