It is mandatory to attend ALL ambassadorship dates (see below). Check to make sure other activities do not coincide, including vacations, personal appointments, sport events, etc.
You must be an EGUSD junior or senior at the time you apply to the program.
You must have reliable transportation.
Must have participated as an Elk Grove Civic Summer intern
2026 AMBASSADOR PROGRAM DATES:
Application: February 27th- March 13th
Interviews: March 25th
Meetings: Orientation- April 16th
Training Dates: May 19th, 4:30 PM and June 2nd & June 11 (time TBD)
Civic Summer Seminar: June 15-18 and June 22-26
Civic Summer Internship: July 6-July 23
