Thank you for your interest in hosting one or more of our Elk Grove Civic Summer interns. Please check our Host Responsibilities page to see if you are a qualifying site and if the dates and responsibilities of the program fit with your site.

If you are a new host, please complete this form that will ask for site information including the type of work the interns may perform. This will assist with matching interns to your site.

Once complete, please email the form to civicsummer@egusd.net

STEP FOUR: IF YOU PLAN ON DRIVING YOUR INTERN AROUND

Complete the STUDENT TRANSPORTATION FORMS

If you plan to transport your interns while on the job, you will need to follow the steps as listed above.
