Election Information
Our 2026–2027 term elections will take place at our PTA General Meeting, which will be held at 6:30 p.m. on March 24, 2026, in the Batey Library.
Per our PTA bylaws, a quorum must be met in order to conduct the election. Please join us to ensure we can complete the election process for a smooth and timely transition! As always, we thank you for your support!
The Edna Batey PTA will hold its next General Meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the school library. All Batey families are welcome to attend and learn more about the work our PTA is doing to support students, staff, and school programs.
During the meeting, we will review and approve financial reports, discuss budget change requests, hear updates from committees and event coordinators, and hold our 2026–2027 PTA Board elections. This is a wonderful opportunity to stay informed, share your voice, and be part of the decisions that support our school community.
Please note that voting is limited to current PTA members, in accordance with California PTA bylaws. If you would like to vote, be sure to join the PTA before the meeting. We hope to see you there! 🐾
