Thanks for checking out our website! Below, is how to login to our google classroom which is updated daily and has assignments. In the upper right hand corner, you will see the different subject areas, with links to access the curriculum and extra resources to help you! This website is a wealth of information about our class, but is not updated.

We are very excited to have you in our classroom and look forward to working with you to create a successful school year full of academic and personal growth. Look out for the weekly e-mails (on Fridays) for current announcements, upcoming events, and a recap of the week. If you are not getting these weekly e-mails, please notify us immediately!

(1) set of basic headphones or earbuds that connect to ipads or laptops
12 or 18 pack of Crayola twistables (colored pencils not recommended as they jam our pencil sharpener)
Large family sized box of facial tissue (Kleenex)
Wide ruled binder paper

Gluesticks (we prefer Elmer's brand)

We will be using the Google Classroom platform this year, if you are familiar enough with the program, please help your child join our class:

About Ms. Hambleton

It is Ms. Hambleton's 18th year teaching. She has taught 4th grade at Holly Oak Elementary and Katherine R. Smith, as well as 6th grade at Millbrook. She moved to Matsumoto 9 years ago to share this wonderful classroom. She grew up in Anaheim, CA and attended UC San Diego for her undergraduate, teaching credentialing program, and masters program. She has one daughter, Hailey, who is 9 years old and a son, Clint, who is now 6 years old. For fun, Ms. Hambleton enjoys reading, playing basketball, hiking, and walking her dog, Higgins.

About Mrs. Moore

Mrs. Moore has been teaching at Matsumoto for 20 years, specifically 3rd grade for 13 years. She was born and raised in San Jose. After high school, she attended collage at the University of California, Irvine. Even though she loved it in Southern California, she moved back home and got her teaching credential from San Jose State University. During her free time, she loves to read, watch movies, do crafts, and visit the beach with her cute dog Marlowe. She also enjoys watching her favorite hockey team, the SJ Sharks! Most recently, her time has been spent with her two daughters, Sydney (9 yrs old) and Addison (7 yrs old), as she volunteers at their school often!
