Membership is HERE for 26/27 School year!
Hello everyone! My name is Krystle Conley, and I am honored to serve as your 2026–2027 PTO President.
I was born and raised in Southern California, and our family moved to North Carolina about five years ago. My husband, Jeremiah, and I have two boys, Parker and Landon, who attend EE Miller Elementary. Being a PTO parent has allowed me to experience firsthand the incredible sense of community that makes our school so special, and I’m passionate about helping it continue to grow.
Professionally, I am an Enrolled Agent and owner of Conley Consultation, where I’ve spent over 12 years helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex challenges, stay organized, and feel supported. Through both my business and volunteer experience, I’ve developed strengths in leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial stewardship, and bringing people together toward a common goal.
Over the past year, I’ve loved serving on our PTO Board and seeing the heart, dedication, and teamwork that go into supporting our students, teachers, and staff. I believe in transparency, collaboration, family engagement, and building sustainable systems that allow our PTO to thrive for years to come.
My goal as President is to strengthen the partnership between our school, families, teachers, and community by fostering open communication, increasing parent involvement, supporting our educators, and creating meaningful opportunities and memorable experiences for every EE Miller student.
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to serving our amazing school community throughout the year!

Hello! My name is Brittany Williams, and I am proud to have four children attending E.E. Miller Elementary School. I have been a stay-at-home mom since 2019, which has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. With all of my kiddos now in school, I have more time to give back and help provide engaging and fun opportunities for our school community.
I have enjoyed volunteering for both our school and our community, including serving as a soccer coach at our local recreation center, being an active PTO member, and serving on the PTO Board. I am honored to continue serving this year as your PTO Secretary for the 2026–2027 school year.
I strongly believe elementary school is one of the most important stepping stones in our children's lives. It is where many of their favorite memories are made and where lasting friendships begin. I am passionate about supporting our students, families, teachers, and staff while helping create meaningful experiences that strengthen our school community.
I look forward to serving alongside our amazing PTO Board and working with all of you to make this school year a fun, successful, and memorable one. Together, with the support of our families, teachers, and faculty, I know we can make this an incredible year for E.E. Miller.

Hello everyone! My name is Robin Ellis-Foster, and I am honored to serve as your PTO Treasurer for the 2026-2027 school year!
I am a proud mom of two amazing children. This year, my son, Trystan, is beginning 3rd grade at E.E. Miller, while my daughter, Lilly, starts middle school this year. Our family has been part of the E.E. Miller community for several years, and I have seen firsthand the dedication of our teachers, staff, families, and volunteers. Outside of being a mom, I am a two-time gestational surrogate, a loving fur mama who does volunteer work in animal rescue, and care deeply about serving our community. I believe that even small acts of kindness and service can make a meaningful impact, and that strong schools are built through engaged families, dedicated educators, and a community that works together for the benefit of every child.
Professionally, I work as a Service Advisor and Operations Support Specialist, where I manage daily operations, budgeting, financial accountability, customer service, and organization. These experiences have strengthened my attention to detail and reinforced the importance of transparency, responsibility, and teamwork qualities I am committed to bringing to our PTO.
As Treasurer, my goal is to ensure every dollar entrusted to our PTO is managed responsibly and invested in opportunities that enrich our students’ experiences, support our teachers and staff, and strengthen our school community. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and create lasting memories, and I am excited to help support the programs and events that make E.E. Miller such a special place.
I look forward to working alongside our incredible PTO Board and all of our amazing families to make this a successful and memorable school year. Thank you for your support, I am honored to serve the E.E. Miller community as your PTO Treasurer.

Hello everyone! My name is Kerstyna Reynolds, and I am honored to serve as your 2026–2027 PTO Fundraising Coordinator.
My family has been truly blessed with our son Vincent, who attends EE Miller Elementary. We are also a proud military family, where I have learned the value of strong communities and the incredible things that can happen when people come together to support one another.
Professionally, I am an Allied Health Instructor at Sandhills Community College. I have the privilege of serving as the SFRG Coordinator for my husband's battery, where I organize fundraisers and family initiatives that support military families. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering with our church children's programs, cheering my son on at his jiu jitsu practices, and being outdoors with our dogs and chickens.
As your Fundraising Coordinator, my goal is to establish meaningful partnerships with our families, local businesses, and community members, creating fundraising opportunities that directly support our teachers and students. I believe fundraising is about more than reaching a financial goal. It's about investing in our school, creating opportunities for our children, and giving our community a chance to make a lasting impact.
I'm excited to serve alongside our incredible PTO Board and look forward to working with all of you to make this an amazing year for our EE Miller Bulldogs! If you have a fundraising idea, own a local business that would like to partner with our PTO, or simply want to get involved, I'd love to connect with you. Together, we can make a meaningful difference for our students, teachers, and school community.
