Dr. Oves Badami
My research is centered around the development of models for nanoscale transistors and TCAD tool development for modeling and simulation. Then using the in-house TCAD tool, I explore the world of electron devices. My research interest include
Modelling and simulation of semiconductor devices (logic and memory devices)
Computational nanoelectronics
Carrier transport in nanoelectronic devices
Ghulam Ali Gauhar (Ph.D.) : Modelling and simulations of electron transport in transistors for future technology nodes.
Avanish Kumar Singh (Ph.D.) : Development of Deep Neural Network based solvers for simulating electron devices
S. P. Sreejan (M.Tech) : Electrostatic simulations of a double gate FETs using physics aware machine learning
Ritheesh Sai K (MTech) : Development of a CAD Tool for Modeling In-Memory Computing Using RRAM Crossbar Arrays
Shivam Shaw (MTech) : Development of authentication system using printed RRAM
