Opening the door to your mental and emotional health is a big first step. We want to make it as easy as possible.
When you're ready to connect with a counselor, fill out our intake form below. Tell us a bit about yourself/child, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping for from counseling. The more you share, the better we can match you with the right fit.
Once we receive your information, we'll reach out within 3 business days to discuss scheduling your first appointment and answer any questions you have.
To Schedule an Appointment
You can use one of our direct scheduling links to choose a counselor and/or appointment yourself.
For a low-cost appointment, schedule with a graduate student through EdYouth Therapy Notes Portal
To check and utilize your insurance coverage

Schedule a counseling appointment with Teresa through Teresa's Headway Profile
Your First Session
Your first appointment is typically 60-75 minutes. We'll spend time getting to know you, learning about your situation and history, and talking about what brought you in. This session helps us understand what you need and how we can best support you.
Moving Forward
After your first session, we'll talk about what counseling looks like going forward—how often you'll meet, which counselor is the best fit, and what you can expect from the process. (Remember: we outlined this as "Building Your Future" on our Services page.)
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you have questions about counseling, our services, or anything else, contact our office.
