"Mindful Trails"
Choczewo, Poland
02-09 June 🇵🇱
"Mindful Trails" is an Erasmus+ youth exchange for youth aged 18-30. We want to tell everyone about how important it is to take care of our mental health and spend time in nature. In our project, we aim to help people learn more about feeling good mentally and how being in nature can make a big difference. We want everyone to understand how these two things go hand in hand. By doing this, we hope to inspire a group of people who care about mental health, love being in nature, and believe in making our communities healthier and happier.
Encourage young participants to actively engage in outdoor activities, promoting a renewed appreciation for nature and its associated benefits.
Provide activities in nature that help everyone concentrate better, improving focus and thinking skills.
Introduce simple mindfulness practices in nature, like mindful walks and short meditation sessions, to help everyone feel more present.
Create a safe space where everyone can talk openly about their feelings and experiences with nature, promoting a sense of understanding and connection.
Help everyone see how easy it is to include nature in their daily routines for ongoing mental well-being.
To create stories through the different tools about the influence of nature on youngsters’ well being
Inspire young participants to talk about the Erasmus+ project, sharing their unique experiences with friends and encouraging others.
