You need to arrive in from your countries in Lębork (You can use train and buy ticket on koleo.pl) Then we will go to the project venue by organized transprotation.
If you buy your tickets in local currency, which might be different from EURO, we will calculate your travel costs according to the exchange rates from the official European Commission
Participants are responsible for booking their own travel tickets to and from Poland, Lębork. Please ensure that all travel receipts and boarding passes are kept safe and uploaded on the shared drive link, as they will be required for the reimbursement process. We will reimburse the travel costs after the mobility, following the Erasmus+ guidelines. (Under our Accreditation for the Youth Exchange) Each country has a specific travel budget limit allocated based on the distance bands defined by the Erasmus+ programme. Sharing the maximum reimbursement amounts due to the distance in km:
Between 0 and 99 km - 23€ for Green and standard transportation
Between 100 and 499 km - 180€(standard), 210€ (Green transportation)
Between 500 and 1999 km - 275€(standard), 320€ (Green transportation)
Between 2000 and 2999 km - 360€(standard), 410€ (Green transportation)
Between 3000 and 3999 km - 530€(standard), 610€ (Green transportation)
PLEASE: BEFORE BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS, YOU SHOULD PROVIDE DETAILS OF YOUR TRAVEL PLANS TO US FOR VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL.
Keep all your boarding passes and travel tickets; otherwise, we will not be able to make any reimbursement.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please come well-prepared with the following items:
Cultural and Organizational Materials
Items representing your country’s culture (e.g., traditional dances, music, games, food, drinks, clothing, symbols, etc.).
Promotional materials to present your organization to other participants.
Personal Essentials
Any necessary personal medication.
Hiking and Outdoor materials
A sleeping bag MANDATORY (minimum between 0°C to 5°C comfort temperature). We will be sleeping indoors, however it's still cold for May, so make sure to have your own.
A 30–50 liter backpack for carrying essentials.
Hiking shoes (sneakers are not suitable).
A waterproof jacket and trousers to stay dry in wet conditions.
Comfortable hiking clothes, including spare outfits for changing.
Thermal underwear and a fleece for warmth.
Hat, gloves, and a sun hat for varying weather conditions.
Trekking sticks (recommended for additional support).
Personal Care and Safety
A water bottle to stay hydrated.
Sun lotion and mosquito spray for protection.
Hiking socks to ensure comfort and prevent blisters.
A head torch for visibility in low light.
Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, eco-friendly soap, towel).
By bringing the above items, you will be well-prepared for the adventure ahead.
💰 CURRENCY IN POLAND:
The official currency is the Polish Złoty (PLN), with 1 Złoty = 100 groszy.

You can use credit/debit cards everywhere, as well as there are plenty of exchange places(Kantor in Polish)
