ASB Applications

• If you want to join ASB as a current Ponderosa High School student please complete the application under Current Student Application.

• Applications are found below. Please print them out and fill them out, or pick up a hard copy at PHS in E6.

• If you are an incoming Freshmen and want to be considered into the ASB class, please fill out the Incoming Freshmen Application.

• Late applications will NOT be considered.

• Interviews will be scheduled ONLY for students contacted after applications are submitted.
