By the end of 2025, 36 teachers from Otaniemi Upper Secondary School have completed a one-week Erasmus+ course in various European countries. All courses aligned with the school’s accreditation plan, which focuses on three main themes: organisational well-being; the development of school operational culture and sense of community; and critical thinking and communication skills. Each year, participating teachers have organised workshops to share the topics, methods, and materials from the courses with the wider staff. In addition, an Invited Expert has visited the school twice for week-long periods, providing both teachers and students with practical tools to support well-being, communication, and collaboration skills.
