Be prepared for your Space Exploration Debate tomorrow! (Tuesday)
Tuesday November 5, 2019
Space Exploration Debate
The topic of the debate is:
Be it resolved that the Canadian Government should expand its space exploration program.
You will not know if you need to argue in favor or against the above resolution. Therefore you must be prepared to understand both sides of the argument and defend your answers.
Based on the last two days you will come up with your top 3 reasons BOTH for and against the above resolution. You should be able to discuss these in detail (a good marker is can you talk about the point for at least 2 minutes in detail).
Some articles to probe your thinking are:

Search on https://www.sciencenews.org
-Create a list of the 10 benefits of space travel. The list must be in order from most important to least important.
-Come up with a consensus and justification for each benefit.
