March 27. 2020
Afternoon Students,
I'm sure you're wondering what will be happening on Monday. At this point we have not had any direction from CBE, I suspect it will come on the weekend. Watch for any CBE information around how the rest of the year will be rolled out. At this pint I have updated powerschool with assignments which was completed when Mrs. Laser was here. However, she has left me to mark the Immigration Story and Chapter 5 Immigration in Canada. I will also complete the late work as well.
Students were given time to hand in any missed or late assignment over the holidays. They were suppose to share it with me on Google drive over the holidays.
Whoever is leading the group chat, for each class. I will need you to communicate with me on jmscottgatti@cbe.ab.ca. I am anticipating between now and the weekend there will be a flurry communication through board.
STAY SAFE!
Miss. you all.
March 23. 2020
Thank you for all those students who shared their assignments with me.
March 22nd. 2020
DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE BOOK TALK RIGHT NOW!
ATTENTION:
Sooo, can't just put the assignments into my Folder on google drive. I need you to put your name and home room on your assignment and drop it into share with me and I will put them into the specific folder. "THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO COMPLETE" YOU CAN START NOW!
March 22.
Just in case you did not complete the Immigration Identities Assignment/quiz see below.
Please have this done by tomorrow. I will be going into the school Monday morning.
March 21.
I just would like to update you in terms of what has been happening in my world. The last couple of days I have been on video conference and webinars and it's now time for me to take a break so I can rest, so my concussion does not return. I hope you're taking care of yourself and not spending too much time on technology...
It is important for those students who did not hand in late or missing assignments to do so. We have been asked to insure that all Power School marks are up to date. I will post each assignment at once when I receive the outstanding assignments. Therefore, I will create two Folders on Shared Google drive for each class. In the folder will have the name of the assignment you need to access. Please wait till tomorrow at noon for me to create the files. I need to remove myself from the computer tonight in order to do this. I will be going into school Monday at 9:00am to print all the assignments in the shared folders.
I MISS YOU ALL!
