We hope you enjoy seeing what happens inside our classrooms!
Hello, I’m Ms Lissmyr.
I am very excited to be the team leader for the year 4 cohort this year, as well as sharing the role of classroom teacher for 4A with Mrs Daniil.
I teach the class Mondays and Tuesdays and the rest of the week I am in leadership mode and spend the days planning agendas, coaching teachers and facilitating team meetings.
In my spare time I love to spend time with my family and friends, hiking, kayaking, reading or traveling near and far. I look forward to getting to know everyone in the year 4 community this year!
Hello, my name is Mrs Daniil. Some of you may previously know me as Miss Michael, as I got married 2 years ago. I am excited to be one of the year 4 teachers this year, alongside Ms Lissmyr in 4A. You will find me in the classroom Wednesday to Friday. On Mondays and Tuesdays I am the 3-4 Curriculum Learning Specialist.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going on day trips with my husband, heading out to eat our favourite foods, catching up on my favourite shows and movies, and playing with/walking my energetic Jack Russells.
I look forward to getting to know you all this year!
Hello, I’m Ms. Parswal, and I’m so excited to be leading the wonderful learners of 4C this year. This is my second year teaching Grade 4, and I’m passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom where students feel confident to explore, question, and grow. Every day brings new opportunities for curiosity, collaboration, and those special “aha!” moments that make learning so meaningful.
Outside of school, I love exploring good food and travelling to new places, discovering different cultures through their flavours and experiences. I also enjoy slowing down and spending quality time at home to recharge.
I’m feeling very enthusiastic about the year ahead and can’t wait to share all the exciting learning, growth, and memorable moments we will experience together in 4B!
