Why did you read this blurb? Why will you remember it, and later, why will your brain bring it up again? PSYCH! It’s All In Your Head!

Psychology is the scientific study of the human mind and behaviour. In this elective, students will peer inside the brain to see how it drives the smallest poke of a finger, and the biggest swing of an arm, and how it helps us to choose between them. Students will investigate the minds of the past and see how they planned the experiments that revealed to us the deepest secrets of being human. See for yourself how the one part of you that you can’t see is influencing you right now! Throughout the semester, students will complete inquiry based science activities and assessments. This subject prepares students for VCE Psychology.
