How will I know when and how much to pay?
To simplify the process of paying school fees, parent/carers will be notified via the Compass Dashboard of the 2025 curriculum fees applicable to their child/ren.
For students entering Years 9 to 12 next year, these also include any fees for subjects in which they have chosen to enrol.
You can get an overview of each year level’s fees on the BSC website.

Paying in Person
If you prefer to pay your fees in person (cash or card payment), visit our school’s General Office (weekdays from 8.30am to 4.30pm).
When visiting, you will also be able to lodge required responses to relevant agreements and permissions for next year.
Paying by Instalments
We have timing options to accommodate your family’s needs.
It is possible (and easy) to pay by 2 or 3 instalments (or set up a payment plan).
Pay in Full: Due Date January 24 2025
2 (two) Instalments: Due January 24 2025 & June 27 2025
3 (three) Instalments: Due December 6 2024, March 14 2025 & June 27 2025

We offer flexible payment arrangements and can direct you to other support options for assistance.

The Brunswick Star Fund, made up of three distinct funds – BUILD, DISCOVER & CONNECT – helps to fast-track strategic development in areas that support student opportunity, wellbeing and community.
In 2025, tax-deductible donations to the BUILD and DISCOVER funds will focus on improving the school grounds and uplifting the library space and resources.
