Hi, my name is Claire Finger and I’m with the delightful Prep A students from Monday to Wednesday. I’m super excited to be apart of ACPS' newest learners and really looking forward to sharing all the fun that comes with the first year of primary school.
When I’m not at work, I’m running around after my two children Jonas (8) and Murphy (5). Our favourite thing to do as a family is to go camping and discover new places.
Hello! My name is Mrs Stephens. This will be my 5th year in the Prep team at ACPS. I'm a Mum to a 1 year old. I love the colour pink, music, trying new food, and playing games. We are going to have so much fun in Prep A this year!
Hello, my name is Maryam Fareed, and I’m excited to begin my second year of teaching at ACPS. I look forward to guiding the children as they grow and learn in Prep B this year.
When I’m not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and exploring new cultures. I also enjoy baking in my spare time. These passions inspire my teaching and help create a fun, engaging, and curious learning environment for the students.
This year, we’re going to have so much fun in Prep B, and I’m excited to see the growth the learners will make. I can’t wait to chat with you about their successes!
Hello everyone! My name is Anjali Batra and I am thrilled to be a part of the Aitken Creek Primary school community. I have a passion for teaching Foundation grade students and love creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence. My goal is to foster a supportive and joyful classroom where every child feels valued and excited to learn. Hello! My name is Miss Cornell and I am teaching the amazing Prep D for 2025. This is my fourth year at ACPS and working with the little learners is a big joy of mine. I am always talking about my 'wreck-it-ralph' dog Barney and love spending my evenings with him and my partner at the dog park. My twin sister and I are almost joined at the hip, and we do everything together. My favourite hobbies are reading, going to the gym and playing tennis.
Hello and welcome! My name is Mrs. Kaushal. I have been teaching for ten years and absolutely love working with young minds. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, cooking, and going on adventures. I am excited to be your child’s teacher this year, and I look forward to getting to know each of you as we work together to create a positive, engaging, and exciting learning environment.
Our focused subjects this year will be Literacy, Numeracy, Directed Discovery, and Social-Emotional growth through our Community Meetings, the 4 RRRRs, and the Buddies program. I am committed to fostering a supportive environment where each student feels confident, valued, and excited about learning. I am looking forward to a wonderful year of learning, growing, and exploring new ideas together.

My name is Miss Mora, I am the classroom teacher of Prep F. I have a passion for student learning and supporting students reach their highest potential. Inside the classroom, I enjoy singing and dancing with the children, and sharing a laugh while we learn. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy time with my family and camping with friends. I am so excited to see what the year of 2025 brings us!
Hi my name is Vicki Fletcher the students call me Ms Fletcher or Ms F. I have been an Education Support staff member at ACPS for 8 years.
I love working with the students to reach their goals in all aspects of their learning.
When I am not at ACPS I love watching AFL especially the Kangaroos, reading, listening to music, watching reality tv and spending time with my family and friends.

Hello, ACPS community! My name is Laiba Qazi, and I'm thrilled to embark on my fourth year journey here at ACPS. As an educator, wife, and mother of two wonderful daughters, I find great joy in both nurturing young minds in the classroom and creating cherished memories with my family. This academic year, I am excited to work closely with the bright minds of Prep F, helping them unlock their potential and achieve their learning goals. My aim is to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where each student feels empowered to thrive and grow. I am deeply committed to fostering a sense of community and collaboration within our classroom, and I look forward to partnering with both students and teachers to ensure a successful and fulfilling academic year for all. My name is Dhammi Attygala. I have been working in the schools for thirteen years. This is my 8th year at ACPS. During my time I have had the opportunity to work in all year levels. I have three daughters of my own. They are 15, 12, and 8. I love spending time with my family and travelling with them. To be physically active I like to play tennis, swimming, zumba, and dancing. I really enjoy working with little kids and so excited to be workign with preps in 2025.
Hi, my name is Ms Yolanda and I’m fortunate enough to be part of the wonderful ES team here at ACPS.
This is my first time as an ES and I’m thrilled to be working with the Preps this year!
I also have 2 of my own kids here at ACPS in Grade 3 and Grade 6.
In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends.
I am so excited to start our new school journey together, what a year it’s going to be!
