You need to find a method that is best for you, however looking after yourself and having creating plan is a good place to start!

What does a study plan look like?
Be realistic and start by entering the commitments you already have. Even if you know you like to watch the AFL on a Friday night or have a 1/2 hour Instagram break!
Build in regular breaks or 'rewards' for completing tasks and milestones
Prioritise sleeping- give yourself an hour before bed to wind down.
What does your study space look like?
Don't work from your bed
Work out what works best for you and stick to it
Is where you're working clean and organised?
Is there anywhere in your house where you are more likely to avoid distractions?
Could you take screen breaks? Is there anything you could do on paper?
