Wellbeing Lesson Structure and Scope and Sequence
The Wellbeing lesson structure and scope and sequence at Mulgrave Primary School have been thoughtfully designed to provide a comprehensive and responsive approach to supporting students’ development. The curriculum incorporates key elements from the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships program, ensuring a strong focus on building emotional literacy, resilience and respect for diversity.
It is further enriched by the Health and Physical Education Curriculum which provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain their physical, mental and social wellbeing. Lessons are also tailored to address students’ point of need, allowing for differentiation and flexibility to respond to emerging issues or individual challenges.
This structured yet adaptable approach ensures that wellbeing education is relevant, engaging and meaningful, empowering students to navigate their personal and social worlds with confidence and competence.
