Expression of Interest:
If your child would like to participate in MPS Racing, please read the below Expression of Interest form and fill out the student part with your child. These can be returned to Miss Davey at school. These need to be returned by Week 3 of Term 1.
Commitment Form:
If you have returned your expression of Interest and ready to commit to the team for the year, please fill out the below form. These are due by the 23rd of February, so we can finalise team numbers.
