Welcome to Fyans Park Primary School!

Our School Day and Bell Times

Our school day runs from 9:00am - 3:30pm with the following school routine;

• 8:45am Playground supervision commences – Children may enter school buildings hang up bags, hand in notes and prepare for the first session

• 8:55am Music – Children to move to classrooms

• 9.00am – 10.00am Session 1

• 10.00am – 11.00am Session 2

• 11.00am – 11.05am Recess eaten in class

• 11.05am – 11.30am Recess

• 11.30am – 1.30pm Session 3

• 1.30pm – 1:45pm Lunch eaten in class

• 1:45pm – 2.30pm Lunch

• 2.30pm – 3.30pm Session 3

• 3:30pm Dismissal

• 3:45pm Playground supervision ceases

Yard Duty

There are three teachers on yard duty at all times during recess at lunch; Top Surface (yellow), Bottom Surface (orange) and Courts (blue). This is in addition to teacher supervised passive play in the Mulit-Purpose Room at lunch from 2:00pm - 2:30pm and various Education Support Staff who are also present in the yard.

Class and School Specific Information

In each class, you will be provided with a CRT Folder that includes all relevant and confidential information regarding student needs including Learner Profiles, Behaviour Support Plans and Risk Management Plans, where required.

Incident Reporting

If required to report an incident please speak with Administration or a member of our Leadership Team. From classrooms, you can call #100 in the event of an emergency.

Personal Belongings

Some learning areas have an office where staff belonging can be stored. Alternatively, teacher desks or Staff room are available to store personal items.
