Through hands-on activities, you'll build and program LEGO models of Mars rovers and other space equipment, unleashing your creativity and technical skills. You'll delve into the mysteries of Mars, studying its geological wonders, potential for life, and the technological requirements for exploration. Guided by expert mentors, you'll take on roles such as mission director, geologist, biologist, chemist, engineer, and commander of the landing party. At the Victorian Space Science Education Centre (VSSEC), you'll experience immersive simulations, tackling challenges and making critical decisions that shape the success of your mission. Throughout the journey, you'll develop vital skills like research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and coding. You'll communicate your findings through captivating digital presentations.
