2027 Course Selection Information

The process for developing our 2027 timetable will begin in Term 3, and we hope to share draft timetables with staff, student and families early in Term 4. In Term 3, all students will submit subject preferences for 2027, these preferences play a significant role in the development of our timetable. Therefore, we ask students and their families to make accurate preference selections that reflect their interests and desired career pathways. We also ask that students make informed choices, this can be done by reading all relevant information on this website, speaking to subject teachers and students currently studying subjects of interest, and attending the Course Information Sessions.

2027 Information Sessions

VCE & VCE-VM Showcase (Year 10 into 11)

Tuesday 21 July, Periods 1& 2 in the upper school. Students will have the opportunity to explore the extensive course and subject offerings, with opportunities to engage with teachers from each learning area and subject area.

Course information Sessions for Families and Students: These will be conducted in the College Library on Tuesday 21 July at the following times.

• Year 10 into 11 - 6:00pm - 7:00pm

After each presentation the Learning Area Leaders (curriculum leaders for each subject area) will be available for families and students to talk to. 

Year 10 into 11 Course Selection Interviews - Wednesday 22 July (9:00am - 4:30pm) - all students must attend a session, accompanied by a parent / carer. (this is a student free day for Year 10 students)

Year 11 (into Year 12 2027)- students will receive an email to their education email address on Thursday 29 July.

Year 9 (into Year 10 2027)- students will be given access to submit their preferences during their Course Selection Interview on Wednesday 19 August. Year 9 into 10 Course Selection Interviews - TBC - all students must attend a session, accompanied by a parent / carer. (this is a student free day for Year 9 students)

Year 8 (into Year 9 2027) - students will receive an email to their education email address on Monday August 24

Welcome to VCE Student and Parent Information Session - TBC February 2027. This is for Year 11 and Year 12 families, reinforcing the technical requirements of VCE and providing guidance and tips for having a successful VCE experience. 

2027 Course Selection due for all Year 10 into 11 students - 4pm on Friday 24 July.
