A Prep Word Study Session

A typical Grade Prep Word Study session includes explicit teaching of the sounds the different codes of the English language make. This explicit teaching support children to systematically learn to decode words which can then be used in their writing. Watch the short video to see it in action!

Home Reading

Home reading is critical to student success in reading. We strongly encourage daily reading at home and provide high quality resources to enable this. Watch this video of one of our Teaching and Learning specialists showing how to read at a 'Decodable Reader' with students.
