Course Description

The hospitality industry represents a range of food and beverage services – restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, pubs, clubs, bars, nightclubs and casinos. Catering operations provide an extensive range of food and beverage services to individuals and/or organisations in different industries. 

VET qualifications consist of technical skills that prepare you for work or further study in a specific job or industry, as well as employability skills that can be applied across a range of industry (or career) pathways.
