Toormi Learning Hub.

A Message from the principal

Dear Parents

It is important for parents and teachers to promote students' continued learning while they are at home during the Covid 19 emergency. Toormina Public School teachers will provide learning activities to suit students from K-6. To maximise effectiveness, parents will need to take an active role in monitoring their children's completion of these activities.

This website draws together a range of online and physical teaching tools which students and parents can access during their time at home. Toormina Public School teachers will add more resources as they become available, and will be available to provide advice and support via Google Classroom, Seesaw or other online tools.

I would like to acknowledge Narranga Public School and Assistant Principal, Mitch Johnston for creating and sharing their learning hub structure with our school. At the moment we have significant challenges - if we all continue to work together, we can overcome them.

Kind Regards,

Matthew Hankinson
