After spending a day listening to guest speakers, engaging in networking activities and learning about ways to be positive leaders in schools, our team returned from the Lead The Way student leadership day with an Action Plan for 2026. The plan is full of ideas and plans to introduce Culture and Skipping Clubs to our school, develop fundraising activities and an outdoor calming space, and set up a suggestions box so all students can contribute to the ideas and improvements we make for the school.
