This little piece is perfect for an item in a special assembly, or as a performance piece outside the school such as an Education Week performance at a local community event.
It works very well either as a descant 1 only piece, or as a 2 part piece too.
Remember that there are 4 bars of introduction. As the piece has 4 beats per bar, this equates to 16 beats before the recorders enter.
Teach your students to count this as:

The first repeat appears at the word Hear and repeats back to the word We
The second repeated section starts at the the word too and repeats back to Re-cord-er. Think of repeats as a sort of bracket.
