All schools are to remain backstage until the completion of the show.

Please advise parents that students will be held until the end of the show.  This is to ensure all students get the opportunity to perform to a full audience and to minimize movement within the auditorium.

All schools will exit via the stage door and meet their parents in a designated area

Teachers are responsible for the collection of students at the end of the evening.

Travelling schools returning via bus should discuss their organisation with Sue Dawson.  An exemption will be made for these schools to leave early if they do not have any parents in the audience.

Any schools wishing to deviate from this organisation need to speak to Sue Dawson prior to the festival.
