Using the worksheet Healthy Changes @ School, make a list of all FOOD and PHYSICAL ACTIVITY changes you would like to make at your school.

In your school group, discuss how realistic it is to make big changes.

Each school group gets a copy of their school map. Put a dot sticker on places you would like to change or areas where you can add an activity.

Discuss your top 3 ideas for a School Action Plan. 

Reflect - Are the changes:

S - specific (healthy eating and physical activity)

M - Measurable (number of students participating)

A - Achievable (have the skills/ capacity to get the job done)

R - Realistic (resources and support is available, does not cost too much money)

T - Timely (can deliver in a reasonable time frame)
