Reflect - Are the changes:
S - specific (healthy eating and physical activity)
M - Measurable (number of students participating)
A - Achievable (have the skills/ capacity to get the job done)
R - Realistic (resources and support is available, does not cost too much money)
T - Timely (can deliver in a reasonable time frame)
