Students inlay data collected during their prior field experiment into a pre-populated excel spreadsheet and use pre-programmed bar charts and analysis tools to determine patterns and trends in the colour preferences of insect pollinators.

Download the Pollinator Spreadsheet as an Excel document.
Display Sheet 1 - 'Sample Data' on electronic whiteboard.
Explain that 'Test 1,2 3 and 4' feed data into the 'Averages' table
Explain that the 'Averages' table feeds data into the Bar Graph
Select sheet 2 - 'Student Data'.
Select 10 students to inlay their collected insect data to a respective table 1 - 10.
Ensure student's update the 'Location' and 'Student' with their own information.
Examine how the bar graph changes with each additional data point.
Save data spreadsheet and bar chart and upload to GoogleClassroom as a GoogleSheet to be shared with students.
