JUST DANCE CHALLENGE
For this challenge you need to click on this link that will take you to the 2020 Just Dance YouTube Channel.
Your challenge is to break out some moves for 30 minutes to earn yourself 100 points
Earn an extra 50 points by going for 45 mins
or for an extra 100 Points send in a film of your BAD GUY routine and try out do the PDHPE faculty.

YOGA CHALLENGE
For this challenge we suggest you try a 20 Minute flow Yoga session to earn your 100 points.
OR; See links below to branch out into some really challenging, specific or playful versions of YOGA to suit your needs and mood.
SNAKES AND LADDERS FITNESS
Grab your Family and challenge them to a little game of snakes and ladders fitness style.
There are 3 games you can compete depending on your fitness level.
If you see an activity followed by a number " and quotation type marks, that just mean the number of second you have to hold for.
Don't have a dice? ... easy write the numbers 1 -6 on a small bit of paper or post it note and then scrumple them up and put them into a little container you draw from.
Take turns picking from the container just like you would take turns rolling the dice.
