Kin / House system at our school offers a unique approach to fostering community and belonging. Students choose their ‘House’ based on personal interests, passions, or aspects of their identity, joining a larger community that reflects what matters to them.
Within each House, students are organized into smaller, mixed-age Kin groups. In these Kin groups, students work collaboratively on engaging projects that span school-based and community-oriented initiatives, exploring curriculum content through the lens of their shared passions.
The Kin / House system creates a supportive and inspiring environment where students can build meaningful connections, develop new skills, and grow through shared experiences. By being part of both a larger House community and a close-knit Kin group, your child will experience the best of both worlds: a broad network of like-minded peers and the support of a smaller, cohesive group.
